You cant copy anything to the crappy istick.

Before the update, I would have given this app and the I-stick 5 stars. It worked perfectly. Now after the update, it warns me that my I-stick is pirated and it may not work properly. What the heck? When you buy the I-stick, it tells you to download this app. Now why in the world would they do something like this with the update is beyond me. I read you have to download the pro version of the app so will give that a shot. Till then, do not download this app or if you have it, avoid the update.

Same pirated issue as everyone. Need a app update

I wrote earlier how to fix the latest bug as there is a firmware update on Amazon but it was never added. So once again. Search for iStick or i-FlashDevice (the one I bought) and you will find one that starts with "Apology . . . " or something similar—really strange to see for an Amazon product description. In the text, there is web address for the firmware fix. One click and I had it. One company makes the software that runs a half-dozen of these devices which go by various names and the firmware updates for all of them are included. You have to choose the one that matches your device. Fixed mine completely. Happy, as I was just about to pitch it. Oh, you need a PC to run the firmware update—it takes about a second or so—really fast—but works and no more warnings and other nonsense now.

All this does is crash anymore and tells me that I have a counterfeit product which I do not. Please release an update soon that addresses this.

My istick worked beautifully before the latest update but now it is useless! Istick pro uploaded and it wont recognize my istick. Please fix the app, so we can use our equipment we have bought from you! If new potential buyers are reading the reviews, do not buy an istick until the app is fixed if your wasting $37!

What happen, its not working anymore it keep saying counterfeit , why Apple allowed this kind of company to download illegal apps and this Gopod Group company they taking our money dont ever buy from them they dont even update their up or give refund wuuuuuuuuu.

I still waiting for months and doesnt works at all and just freeze my phone. Was working ok before and nothing now. Please fix it asap

Id give one star if i could. It had been all good before last update. Now it says my piece as an counterfeit and copy/sync nothing from or to iphone and ad card. What hell happened?

I almost never right reviews, and if I do, they are almost always positive. I got the original Istick as part of the KickStart. By the time the product came out, it was overpriced and obsolete given the limited abilities of the app. Despite it being delivered late, they would not do anything to "make it up" to a person who realy wanted to support them. No upgrade to higher memory (which were already way cheaper from others) or refund some money. Very sad & pathetic customer service.

Purchased the 128gb iStick. Doesnt work, total waste of money. Lost all confidence in hypershop.com, as they were the ones that marketed this piece of junk.

This was the worst ripoff Ive dealt with on Kickstarter, period! It failed in the original forms, not unrecognizable by iOS 10- wish Id never wasted the money on this trash

Since the last update it is impossible to copy or cut a file from iPad to iStick. The copying nevers ends and the file remains in the iPad. This was working well with the last update. A solution must be found for this problem. Thanks.
