Good concept, but app isnt stable. It crashes periodically or during large file transfers. I would also like to see a thumbnail image in the directory view. Can the speed of transfer be increased?

Can only transfer pictures. Crashes every time I try and transfer movies. Not sure if this is a compatibility issue with new OS or what. Wouldnt buy until they resolve issue

Emailed support several times and no reply. iStick no longer works with any iOS9 updated devices. Please update app ASAP so users can use istick and app to access their files (otherwise waste of money for these expensive sticks). Update: If you happen to have any devices pre IOS9... the app and istick still work.

I was having the same problems as other people here have so I wrote directly to the company that I purchased my iStick from (Hypershop) and they responded within 24 hours with instructions to download a firmware and the app again and it worked! Very impressed with Hypershop!

I just to update to 4.08 and it still does not work .What is it .Should we consider this company as a serious company

Since ios9 the istick does not seem to work with the app!! Please fix!!!

What a waste of money

Recently installed this app after getting a I flash device. However, can not passed the 10 % mark on the transfers filed to the iPad, the app, just quit. Not very interesting to used. I have not had a chance to try more on this app, but as it failed to do what is supposed, not interested in losing my time.

Wont work, tried everything then I read fine print on their website. Apple will not allow transfer of music files onto this device. Never would have bought it. Lets see if I can return it, waited 3 weeks for delivery as well.

When the software works its a great device. Hasnt worked since the iOS update and no answer from the company from their help/service division. Rip off.

Tried the Pro version too and it doesnt work either. Please fix. Otherwise I wasted my money!

With the new update the Istick no longer works. This was VERY expensive and it is s complete failure. FIX NOW!!!!!!

Hi, in order to use the iStick in iOS 9, it needs to have its firmware upgraded and then it will become an iStick Pro and use that app instead. Contact HyperShop and they will give you a custom URL to download it. Be aware that the firmware upgrade requires a Windows machine to run the upgrade program. Unfortunately, the firmware update didnt work for me, it didnt find my device. So contacting them again you will get instructions for them to manually upgrade it for you. Mine is in the mail en route back to me. So all hope is not lost, if you contact them, and be courteous they will get you back using the iStick (Pro). Hope that helps ease some frustration. Please add thumbnails when viewing photos from SD card. The device is useless to me otherwise.

Help!!!!!After I downloaded the latest update on March 30. I cannot open the iStick apps at all. Cant use the iStick with my iPad now. What should I do ??? Anyone can give me some help please .... Sent this message to support but no response at all from them. Wonder if this company is still exist. Anyone has the same problem????

I got it fine working for me but it would be nice to see the memory meter capacity on the app
