working well in my iPhone 6Plus.

Contacted support and they ignored me. Very frustrating

This update is going to do what??! Slow down my iStick and delete stuff it thinks shouldnt be there? Im not sure I trust this update with my data. Please explain in clear English terms.

After downloaded the latest iStick update on June 20, still not able to use. Can anyone help? Support from apps developer is useless.

Until developers actually update this app so it works with the iStick… Dont even bother buying one or downloading app. You can email developers but they never respond. Considering how expensive their flash drives are you would think their support would be top notch along with their app. Very disappointed!!!

I bought this iStick on Amazon and now, after not using it for a few months, it tells me the it is not a real iStick and I had to reformat it and it is getting slower. Great idea but shitty hardware and no response on support requests.

Hi, I received some clarification on a cryptic description of a feature in the latest updates: Instead of: "Download iStick and enjoy it on your iPhone, iPad and iPod touch. ... 1、add the function of preventing pirated iStick using;" It should read: "Added the ability to detect the usage of counterfeit and unlicensed iSticks and to limit their usefulness and functionality with this app." In order to use the iStick in iOS 9 and above, it needs to have its firmware upgraded and then it will become an iStick Pro and use that app instead. Contact HyperShop and they will give you a custom URL to download it. Be aware that the firmware upgrade requires a Windows machine to run the upgrade program. Unfortunately, the firmware update didnt work for me, it didnt find my device. So contacting them again you will get instructions for them to manually upgrade it for you. Mine is in the mail en route back to me. So all hope is not lost, if you contact them, and be courteous they will get you back using the iStick (Pro). Just make sure that you securely erase whatever is on your iStick because the one I got back was not originally mine but some elses and a data recovery revealed all their photos and movies that were thought to be deleted. Worked perfectly fine, then suddenly says counterfeit device, may lose data...blah blah blah. Not happy!

I have been using my device along with the iStick app that I was instructed to download for several months now with no issue. After this latest update, I receive a message that my product is pirated and my memory would be wiped from my sd card.

I just received my iStick today, downloaded the correct software, inserted the iStick, and got a message saying my iStick is counterfeit. What the heck is going on? And the instructions arent of much help because theyre written in broken English so theyre rather hard to understand. Less than 30 minutes after happily opening my iStick, Im now returning it to Amazon and Ill never buy something from Gopod again.

Please fix it. The update is slow and does not work properly on my 6s.

What is the matter with whom ever made this. This app worked perfectly for the last few months, but it now says that my iStick is a counterfeit (which I ignore), but then crashes before the first video finishes copying to my phone. Where is the logic behind this? BAD APP as of June 1.

This app is useless just bought the device to use with this app it saids i need to go buy the real app it dont work!!!! It keeps shutting off by its self its crap!!!!
