The worst app i have ever used its such a waste of time

It would make me so happy if this actually worked. iPad Pro 9.7 recognized the drive, but page would freeze upon access. MacBook Pro doesnt recognize that a drive has been inserted. iPhone 6s+ did not hold the drive securely enough to read. I hope that theres a similar device out there that does work.

Please update to transfer music from third party software & thumbnail for picture & update like another seller.

Im angry because I paid a SMALL FORTUNE for this product through Amazon. My 5S with OS 9 doesnt recognize the iStick. The iStick doesnt even make a decent paperweight. Im depressed because my phones storage is nearly depleted and the iStick was to hold my sisters wedding pictures (no available 4G or wifi to remotely upload to a service). Sure, someone took photos for me, but it wasnt the same. For the price we paid for the product, we should expect exceptional customer service. Ive been with Apple for years. This is the first review Ive ever written. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Does not work as advertised on any new iPhone ios9

Sent an email to product support over a week ago and still not response. The iStick is not recognized by my iPad since the new iOS was installed. Dont want to write a bad review but will be forced to do that if I continue to be ignored.

I never give a 1 star rating until now. I am so frustrated with this product. It wont work after I updated my tablet. I cant believe Apple was not ready for the update. I am about ready to buy a different product.

This product is working well on my iPad mini, and iPhone, both with iOS9. Sometimes takes a moment for it (the app) to recognize that it is plugged in, format did not work, locked up in format mode, so formatted via PC. Transfers files back and forth, good for downloading pictures from you game cam, can leave that in the field, and use you phone to transfer photos. The user interface is a little clunky though. Have to go into edit mode to copy photos and video. Should add a direct copy to button in iStick. Was able to open documents, etc, from open in another app function in the apple apps (Pages for example), which copies that document to iStick. So, other than a clunky interface, and farm at not working, it is fine. I had to use an adapter from CableJive to connect it to my devices with an Otterbox. Lightning plug needs to be re-engineered to fit cases. Would rate higher with these fixes.

The app and device had be working for some time now on my iphone 5s but now it is suddenly crashing when pressing the "istick" button inside the app. Needs an update!

Dont waste your money on this device. It worked for a short period and then stopped interfacing with the iOS devices. Support for the product does not exist.

App has a poor design and layout. Have to transfer photos to your phone first to scroll through the photos, cant just scroll through photos on card. When transferring photos from card to phone to view them..it automatically "deletes" the pictures off the card. Youre able to transfer them back to card, but app should give that option to delete or not delete. Design should be more simple. Also closes at random times. And when app is open and phone is plugged in to charge, it vibrates randomly and fast. Wish the app was better.

I use this with a memory stick that has Lightning, USB and Micro-USB adapters and it works like a charm. Running latest version of iOS as well, so not sure what all the negative reviews are about. The one thing that isnt totally clear is how to "eject" the external stick...I just quit the app before unplugging and it seems to do the trick.

I purchase my iStick last year and was very happy with it. When iOS 9 came about, it quite working. I contacted “technical” support I was told that it required a firmware update and had to send it to them. Although I’ve contacted them twice, it’s been about three 3 weeks and I haven’t heard from them.

The product works pretty well. I use it to store movies and watch them when traveling. The app plays MP4 and MOV videos well (including showing embedded subtitles), but needs polishing to better support AVI (aspect ratio is distorted now) and external subtitles (.srt). In fact, my request would be to add "open in..." For video files, so that I could play a video in a different video player app.

support is terrible they never send you any replies. Since I updated my tablet it does not recognize the istick at all and everybody else is having the same problem I want my money back and if I dont get it Im going to Bad mouth and complain to everybody.

It worked briefly, now it wont recognize external drive. Used it twice, either very hard to use or it just doesnt work.

Really worthless. Does not read me istick/I-flashdrive. I am really mad. Please fix this.

Works great on my IPhone 5. Unfortunately I upgraded to the 6S and now the IStick does not work. I emailed customer service a couple of weeks ago and no response. I guess there is no plan to update the app. Just keep my money and run. Do NOT buy unless you plan to keep an old IPhone forever.

I just buy Iflashdrive microSD reader. The hardware linked to this apps. But it cant copy a file from iphone to micro sd. Theres always an error when copy. So, do not buy fake micro sd reader with this apps. I try with Iphone 5S ios 7.0.4 and 7.1.2

This app is a great idea and works effectively; however, the user interface is outdated and slow at best. Would love to see the update to where you can scroll through pictures by swiping left and right instead of clicking out of the picture every time. App freezes a lot on me too. Update the app and this is a million dollar idea for hunters and photographers everywhere.
